  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.


2. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
